Hello, I’m Caroline. I am an optometrist, a mother, and a baking enthusiast on a quest to develop produce-focused, sugar-free, baby-approved baking recipes. When my daughter started on solid foods, I wanted her to try fruits and vegetables in a variety of preparations. After lots of steaming, roasting, and stewing, I thought, “why not baking?”, but I struggled to find recipes without added sugar. So after plenty of trial and even more error, I have come up with some recipes that highlight the flavor of fruits and vegetables without the added sugar.
